Finding my old wallet

Hello, as the years have gone on I've sort of misplaced a lot of my old crypto accounts. I still have seed phrases etc for some things. I still know my Burst wallet addresses. However I don't know which software I used or had the wallet with so I don't know where or how to access anything. Can anyone offer some advice?

I remember having them all on poloniex, but I can see transactions where I've transferred them all off there. It shows the wallet address that they went to but I don't know what that wallets attached to? if that makes sense.

@tylerk07 You just need the passphrase for the account. You can either setup your own wallet, or you're welcome to use one of my online wallets.
