Surge protector for multiple ext. HDD

Can anyone recommend a surge protector that will accommodate multiple external HDD power supply's? The ones I currently own which are really nice Monster surge protectors but the outlets are just too close. While were on the topic, I will need a USB hub eventually. Can anyone recommend one?

Never mind I found a solution on amazon.com, https://www.amazon.com/Etekcity-Extension-Outlet-16AWG-13A-Listed/dp/B00CEJW0WQ/ref=pd_bxgy_23_img_2?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B00CEJW0WQ&pd_rd_r=J14JM83DATWNEEQC3NAF&pd_rd_w=K54Xj&pd_rd_wg=3clWb&psc=1&refRID=J14JM83DATWNEEQC3NAF and think I might go with this USB hub https://www.amazon.com/Upgraded-Anker-SuperSpeed-Including-Charging/dp/B005NGQWL2/ref=sr_1_6?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1492817713&sr=1-6&keywords=anker+usb+hub

You can get a power strip surge protector that has wide-spaced outlets. I'm using a bestek 8-outlet desktop power strip with 2 outlets on each surface. Each two outlets can be controlled by independent switches. You can also get a swivel tap power strip that has swivel outlets, so you can rotate the outlet to any direction for larger plugs without interfering others.
