burstcoin-faucet v0.3.7 (All Platforms)

This way is better in my opinion.
- configure amount of claims shown in stats via 'burstcoin.faucet.statsAmountOfClaimsToShow'
- updated lib versions of spring-boot and recaptcha
- handle exception on recaptcha validation problems due google server
Edit: @haitch due to stats listed all claimed accounts ... the faucet html has grown to above 3,5MB in case of faucet.burst-team.us and 1,8MB in case of faucet.burstcoin.info ... with a new property 'burstcoin.faucet.statsAmountOfClaimsToShow' the number of accounts listed under claims can now be configured ... default is 200.
Also the google recaptcha server makes a lot of problems, seams they have issues right now ... tried to harden the code and inform user on issues.
@luxe Can that default 200 be sorted from max to min payouts, to show the addresses that are most abusing the faucets ?
@haitch since last version you can use e.g. ... 'burstcoin.faucet.maxClaimsPerAccount=2' that will limit the claims per account, so the sort makes no sense if you use that one. It is checked via blockchain, so no way to cheat that. (not getting reset on faucet restart)
Just working on some adjustments to use lower transactions fees.
Test it at burstcoin.cc:3333 only pays out 0.05 BURST per account for testing ...
